Blessed Rain and Protection Huichol Blessing Sage Green & Iridescent Grey Bead Bracelet

A petite God's eye centers a double water gourd, a symbol representing plentiful rain. In Huichol belief, diamond-shaped talismans known as the 'eyes of God' direct to the correct path of life and refer to the four cardinal directions. A favorite embroidery pattern, the motifs are created with of tiny seed beads, meticulously placed one by one with fine precision. Artisans from the Huichol Center for Cultural Survival and Traditional Arts work in a palette of sage green, golden brown, black and iridescent grey. The elegant wristband bracelet closes with two beaded buttons.
