Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
