Blue Orchids Guatemalan Hand Woven Shawl in Blues and Orchids

Working on a backstrap loom, Maya artisans from K'amolon K'i K'ojonel transform rayon chenille made from bamboo into a cozy lightweight wrap. Threads in blues, purples and grey distinguish the design, which is finished with lavish fringe.
