The Story
Working with caña flecha fiber, a neotropical grass native to Colombia, artisans of the Zenu Community create this lovely cuff bracelet. They start with a plastic base, covering it with carefully woven motifs in magenta, white, yellow and grey. The cuff ends are trimmed with red fabric. The Zenu are an ancient culture in northwest Colombia with a strong weaving tradition.
